What is Volatility in the NNFX trading system?

ATR is calculated by taking the average of the true range values over a specified period.
True range is calculated as the maximum of the following values:
-Current high minus the current low
-Absolute value of the current high minus the previous close

ATR is a dynamic indicator that changes with changes in volatility. As volatility increases, the value of ATR increases, and as volatility decreases, the value of ATR decreases. By using ATR in NNFX system, traders can adjust their stop loss and take profit levels according to the volatility of the asset being traded. What is a Baseline indicator?

1. GKD-BT - Backtesting module (Volatility, Number 1 in the NNFX algorithm)
2. GKD-B - Baseline module (Baseline and Volatility/Volume, Numbers 1 and 2 in the NNFX algorithm)

Each module interacts with every module by passing data between modules. Data is passed between each module as described below:

That is, the Baseline indicator passes its data to Volatility/Volume. The Volatility/Volume indicator passes its values to the Confirmation 1 indicator. The Confirmation 1 indicator passes its values to the Confirmation 2 indicator. The Confirmation 2 indicator passes its values to the Continuation indicator. The Continuation indicator passes its values to the Exit indicator, and finally, the Exit indicator passes its values to the Backtest strategy.
This chaining of indicators requires that each module conform to Loxx's GKD protocol, therefore allowing for the testing of every possible combination of technical indicators that make up the six components of the NNFX algorithm.

What is Jurik-Smoothed Range Oscillator w/ Bands
Range Oscillator indicator shows the relative position of median price in the highest high to lowest low range for desired period.
This version includes smoothing to clean up false signals and, since the smoothing method is JMA (which has very small lag), the added lag is as small as it can be making it much easier to use for all timeframes.

Hello again! We're back with a drastically improved Crypto Tipster v2 Indicator using over a dozen all new algorithms based around Technical Analysis, Price Action, Momentum Swings and Reversal Detection.
We've taken our time with version 2 of Crypto Tipster, putting all our best practices to work and ensuring it performs superbly across numerous crypto markets and timeframes - we have focused our efforts towards the larger timeframes, 12H, 1D, 2D for example as we believe these to be the most consistent and predictable, and therefore the most profitable.
Trading on longer timeframes also reduces the overal cost of trading fee's as you'll be placing fewer trades over any given time period, whilst catching bigger swings and therefore earning a higher percentage per winning trade. Due to these bigger price swings you can de-leverage your trades too, making them inherintly safer and more controlled.

What's Included
- Chart Settings
The first section you'll come across, Chart Settings.
Here you'll find a few options regarding how your chosen market chart will look within TradingView and how Crypto Tipster will interact with this chart.
One of the most important Tick boxes is first on the list - "Show Backtest Results". This will change Crypto Tipster from displaying simple but easy-to-follow "Buy/Sell" labels into Strategy mode in which you can set up more complicated Stop Loss / Take profit settings as well as setting up Alerts for auto trading and other more complex functions (see How It Works for more info!
We've also included a "Trend Strength Bar Color" tick box which changes the color of the chart bars based on how strong Crypto Tipster is perceiving the current trend and in which direction.
- Trend Settings
"Trading Frequency" represents how often Crypto Tipster will be looking for a new trend / change in trend direction, and therefore how often it will be placing trades. By default this is set to "Normal" but can be changed to "Rapid" using the drop down menu.
"Entry Trend Strength" also determines how frequently trades are placed by selecting the strength of trend required before a trade is placed. The scale ranges from "1-5", with 1 being a low trend strength required, 5 being a very strong trend strength required.
Within the Trend Settings section you'll also find an "Avg Trend Strength over Bars" option. This allows you to average (mean) the current trend strength over a pre-determined amount (1-5) of previous chart bars - thus providing a potentially more consistent signal.
- Trade Settings
Trade Settings help Crypto Tipster determine what type of trades you're looking to place.
The overall "Trade Direction" will decide to either target only Long trades, only Short trades, or Both (default).
"Consecutive Trades in Same Direction" allows for pyramiding - whereby you can specify to allow for multiple trades of the same direction. Set to "1" as default allows for no extra pyramiding, max setting of "10".
- Trade Protection
Currently consisting of two functions, our Trade Protection section can help to achieve both the removal of false signals (whipsaws), and the extension of good trades without confusion during minor retracements.
"Chop Removal" can help to remove some whipsaw trades during ranging market conditions, therefore improving overal profitability by only targeting stronger trends. You have an option to choose from either "Weak" or "Strong" Chop Removal.
"Protection Filter" uses current trading criteria as defined by you, and uses it to check against a higher time frame than you're currently viewing. This can help to eliminate some bad trades at the expense of a potential lag on good trades.
- Stop Loss / Take Profit
Stop Losses should be a crucial aspect of everyone's trading system. They help prevent any trade from going too far in the wrong direction and limit losses.
Our "Stop Loss (%)" is quick and easy to set up, simply set the percentage offset from the entry price of trades and a fixed Stop Loss will be in place on all trades.
"Take Profit (%)" works in the same way as the Stop Loss mentioned above - simply set the percentage you'd like to exit a profitable trade at.
The "Trailing Stop (%)" is a little more complicated in that it will follow the trend of the trade a certain percentage away from the current market price - this is great for keeping yourself in a trade for as long as the trade is moving in the right direction.
- Extra Tools & Indicators
This is the section of Crypto Tipster that enables you to add some chart visuals to assist you with your preferred trading style.
"Potential Pivot Points" are not the same as actual pivot points - Potential pivot points will paint on the chart at bar close, giving you an immediate alert to potential tops/bottoms of market trends. You can choose to display only the strongest potential points, or include some of the weaker signals too.
"Actual Pivot Points" are inherintly more accurate than Potential pivot points, but do not paint on the chart until after a pre-determined amount of time has passed. These are great for placing stop losses/take profits or watching the market for breakouts or reversals.
"Support/Resistance Levels" plots up to 6 support and resistance horizontal lines based on recent price tops/bottoms. Use these to determine areas where price could rebound or break-through.
"Bollinger Band Breakout" - Bollinger bands are a tried and tested technical analysis tool, similar to pivot points and support/resistance lines, thee are another great tool to determine where price may retrace, consolidate or breakout.
- Ichimoku Cloud
Somewhat confusing and intimidating when you first come across this technical analysis indicator, the "Ichimoku Cloud" is one of our favorites. Assisting with the detection of Dynamic Support and Resistance levels, Momentum and Trend Direction all in one super indicator.
Although certain aspects of the Ichimoku Cloud are already present within Crypto Tipster v2 algorithms in order to offer you the best possible signals, we've also included a user-definable section of it's own so you can manually set up and use the cloud for your own trading needs, all cloud signals (and there are many) are available to set up as Alerts for your own needs or an Auto-Trading Bot.
- Custom Alerts for Any Signal
We've endeavoured to ensure that all signals, not just the Buy/Sell signals, are ready and available to create Alerts with; giving you the most opportunity to create a fully custom trading engine that suits your exact trading requirements.
This means you can set Alerts for any and all signals you can see on the chart when using Crypto Tipster v2, this includes Buy/Sell Signals, Trend Strength Signals, Choppy Market Signals, Stop Loss/Take Profit Signals, Pivot Points, S/R levels crossed above & below, Bollinger Band Breakout and several Ichimoku Cloud Signals.. the list goes on!

- Description:
This strategy is based on Bollinger Bands / Keltner Channel price "rebounds" (the idea of price bouncing from one band to another).
The strategy has several customizable options, which allows you to refine the strategy for your asset and timeframe.
You can customize settings for ALL indicators, Bollinger Bands (period and standard deviation), Keltner Channel (period and ATR multiplier) and ATR (period).
- AVAILABLE INDICATORS:
You can pick Bollinger Bands or Keltner Channels for the strategy, the chosen indicator will be plotted as well.
- CUSTOM CONDITIONS TO ENTER A POSITION:
1. Price breaks the band (low below lower band for LONG or high above higher band for SHORT).
2. Same as 1 but THEN (next candle) price closes INSIDE the bands.
3. Price breaks the band AND CLOSES OUT of the band (lower band for LONG and higher band for SHORT).
4. Same as 3 but THEN (next candle) price closes INSIDE the bands.
- STOP LOSS OPTIONS:
1. Previous wick (low of previous candle if LONG and high or previous candle if SHORT).
2. Extended band, you can customize settings for a second indicator with larger values to use it as STOP LOSS, for example, Bollinger Bands with 2 standard deviations to open positions and 3 for STOP LOSS.
3. ATR: you can pick average true ratio from a source (like closing price) with a multiplier to calculate STOP LOSS.
- TAKE PROFIT OPTIONS:

MACD Strategy - Backtest [AlgoRider]█ OVERVIEW
Hello dear Tradingviewers !
We are excited to share with you this new indicator which simulates a trading strategy based solely on the well-known technical indicator MACD . We designed it for the sole educational and analytical purposes of showing novice traders and new investors that basing a trading strategy only on one such technical indicator is not necessarily a good thing to do. We do not recommend to apply this strategy for real.
Thanks to this indicator redesigned in our own way by incorporating our simple and easy-to-use Backtest functionality, you will be able to see and report on the performance and results that such a strategy has produced in the past.
The configuration window has also been designed to be easily readable and simple to use. Our goal is to make parameter customization as easy as possible.
█ HOW THE STRATEGY WORKS
• The script will simply trigger Long entries when bullish MACD crossings appear (the Macd line crosses the Signal line upwards) and Short entries when bearish MACD crossings appear (the Macd line crosses below the signal line).
• A Short signal ends a Long trade, a Long signal ends a Short trade.
• The script also allows setting up custom TP and SL.
• An option allows you to trigger early crossings, which will influence entries and exits.
• There is no repaint, once an entry/exit symbol or drawing is displayed it doesn't change anymore. The Short and Long signals appear at the open of the candles, just after the signal was confirmed at the close of the previous candle. The custom TP and custom SL signals can appear when a candle is not yet finished, but once displayed they don't change.
█ HOW TO PROCEED
1 — Once the script is applied to your chart, it already works with its default settings. You can already see the performance of the strategy in the data table directly on the chart (in the top right corner by default).
2 — You can customize the strategy and influence the results/performance by modifying its parameters. 3 types of parameters are present and can be modified.
3 — You can use this indicator in all types of markets.
4 — You can apply the script in every timeframe.
█ PARAMETERS
• Settings For Backtesting
- Strategy : Choose from a drop-down list if the strategy should execute only Long trades or only Short trades or both. Default Both.
- Invest. : Choose the amount you want to invest in the simulation. Default 10000.
- Position : Choose the amount of the position (Size order) that will be used during the simulation. This will be the $ amount staked/involved for each trade entry.
Ex: If you put 20000 in position and 10000 in Invest. We consider that you use at least a leverage x2. Default 10000.
- Slipp. TP : Choose the amount in percentage of average slippage for Take Profits. This parameter makes it possible to predict a potential gap between the theoretical exit price for each TP (On the graph) and the real exit price on an exchange when implementing the strategy for real (slippage may be due to a time lag of a few seconds from execution time of the order on the exchange and/or due to the execution of a market order).
Ex: If a TP exit order of a Long trade, with entry $19000 (on BTCUSDT ), is carried out in theory on the chart at $20000, in practice on the exchange the script have indeed sent an exit order at 20000 , but if the true exit price is 20050, the TP slippage is then +0.25%. Default 0.
- Slipp. SL : Choose the amount in percentage of average slippage for Stop Losses. This parameter makes it possible to predict a potential gap between the theoretical exit price for each SL (On the graph) and the real exit price on an exchange when implementing the strategy for real.
Ex: If an SL exit order of a Long trade, entry $19000 (on BTCUSDT ), is carried out in theory on the chart at $18000, in practice on the exchange the script have indeed sent an exit order at 18000 $, but if the true exit price is 17950, the slippage SL is then +0.278%. Default 0.
- Fees % : Choose the percentage amount of fees applied to each trade to simulate the application of the strategy on the exchange of your choice. Applies to the entry and exit of each trade. Ex: For Binance Futures: 0.04; For Bybit futures: 0.06; For Ftx Futures: 0.075. Default 0.
- Cumulate Trades : If you check this, the Backtest will use 100% of the balance as Order Size (Position) for All or in the next X consecutive trades. Default not checked.
⚠️ Be Careful please, this option is available to show the full extent and possibilities of the algorithm when pushed to its limits thanks to the accumulation of profits (cumulative earnings ), but it is a strategy that involves great risk. If a bad trade suffers a -50% loss, 50% of the account balance is lost, if the position is liquidated, the entire account balance is lost.
- All : If you check this All trades will be accumulated. Default not checked.
- Consecutive Trades : Choose the number of trades to accumulate. After X consecutive trades, the algorithm reassigns the initial order size to the current one and starts again for X consecutive trades. Minimum Value 2, Default 2.
• Settings To Optimize Performances and Risk Management
- Fast_MA : Choose the length of the Fast Moving Average. Default 12.
- Slow_MA : Choose the length of the Slow Moving Average. Default 26.
- Enable Early Crossings : If you check this, when the algorithm will detect an early crossing wethere bullish or bearish , it will trigger the Long or Short entries. Default not checked.
- Oscillator MA Type : Choose if the Macd line should be an Exponential Moving Average or a Simple Moving Average . Default Expo.
- Signal Line MA Type : Choose if the Signal line should be an Exponential Moving Average or a Simple Moving Average . Default Expo.
- Use TP / Use SL : If you check these, the algorithm will trigger personalized trade exit signals when the price evolution has reached the amounts indicated since the trade entry. Default not Checked.
- % TP - SL : Indicate here the personalized amount in percentage that you want for your Take Profit and Stop Loss of each trade. Default 15-5.
• Settings For Appearances
- Small-size Data Table : If you check this, the data table will become smaller to free up more space on the chart to make it visually more pleasing. Default not checked.
Hide Table /
- Hide Labels / : You can check these to get a cleaner chart and focus only on what interests you in the indicator. Default not checked.

█ LIMITATIONS
• ⚠️ We repeat it once again, this strategy is not intended to be reproduced in real conditions, we have designed it for educational and analytical purposes only.
• Even if you see good performances when you backtest the strategy, you must take into account that these results are performed in the past and that in no case does this guarantee that these same performances will be repeated again in the future.
• When you run for real a trading strategy you must be aware of the fact that you are solely responsible for the results that you will be able to obtain and you must be aware of the possibility at all times of partial or even total losses of your invested capital.
• Keep in mind that generating profits in trading is difficult. A strategy can perform very well at one time in the past during a period that is favorable to it, then from one day to the next it can give really bad results for several months or years.
• When backtesting a trading strategy, there are many factors to consider, not just trade entries to which you add a Take Profit and sometimes a Stop Loss. You must at least take into account the size of the position in relation to the capital you want to invest, the trading fees, the slippages (which can be really important depending on the exchange on which you are trading and depending on the asset you are trading), trading frequency, risk management, momentum, volumes and even more.

Important to note : our indicators with the same backtesting system are published in separate publications, because putting them together in a single script would considerably slow down the execution of the script. In addition each indicator, even when it is based on a simple technical indicator, has several options, parameters and entry/exit conditions specific to the underlying technical indicator. Finally, we want to keep the simplicity of use, configuration and understanding of our indicator by not mixing strategies that have nothing to do with each other.
Crodl Pump & DumpThe reason why this indicator is called Pump and Dump is because it is based on volume.
The indicator focuses on volume levels to see if there is an increase in volume before deciding if it is worth entering a Position.
Long example = This will use ATR and price averages to trend Bullish and once the trend favours the upside it will then look at the Volume candles and if a candle is bigger then the average volume and the trend (ATR) is above a certain level it will then Give us a long entry if those conditions are true. We can have more than one long after one another since it will give us a position every-time the conditions are true and after TP(take profit) 1 or a Stop Loss was hit.
Short example = If the trend based on average price is trending downwards and we can see an increase of volume it will wait till we break a certain level breaks when we get the average price from the highs and Lows, then once the trend has met the bearish conditions it will wait for increase in volume and trigger a Sell. The sell will close once TP(take profit) 1 or a Stop Loss is hit.
In the inputs you can adjust the MA (moving average length. This helps to decide if the Trend is bearish or bullish. Higher moving averages will give you less entries and a lower moving average will give you more entries ,since price crosses lower MA's more it will change the trend more often.
Sensitivity is a divider of the MA values is so the higher the Sensitivity the lower the more trades you get since the trend is changing faster.
You will see that there is a backtesting panel on your chart when you look in the inputs there will be a statistics tab which will have 1. Simple 2. Mobile 3. Hide options

Exit strategy.
there are 3 Types of exits for this indicator.
1 .CrodlExit which is ATR indicator based Exit with a divider.
2 . fIxed SL , this works in % so 1 = 1% market move.
3 .Reverse exits = Longs exit shorts and shorts exit longs.
there are 4 take profit targets and all of them are adjustable.
1= 0.5% by default
2=1% by default
3=1.5% by default

on the Back tester you will find the following information :
Timeframe of your chart and then the Symbol or pair you are trading.
First trade = when the back tester starts to read data.
Total trade = Total buy and total sell signals and then total trades are buy + sell signals.
total win = total buys hit take profit 1 and total sells that hit take profit 1 and then total buy + total sells that hit take profit 1.
total loss = total buys that hit which ever exit mode you selected in the inputs by default it is crodl exit and total sells that hit which ever exit mode you selected in the inputs by default it is crodl exit and then you will get total buy losses + total sell losses to get total loss.
TP1= the % difference between total trades won and lost for the 1st take profit target and your stop loss method you chose.
TP2= the % difference between total trades won and lost for the 2nd take profit target and your stop loss method you chose.
TP3= the % difference between total trades won and lost for the 3rd take profit target and your stop loss method you chose.
TP4= the % difference between total trades won and lost for the 4th take profit target and your stop loss method you chose.
average win streak give you the average of how many winning trades you had every time before hitting a stop loss.
average loss streak is how many stop loss you hit on average before take profit one has been reached.
longest win streak give you the amount of winning trades you had without hitting a stop lossl that is selected in your inputs.
longest loss streak give you the amount of losing trades you had one after the other before hitting take profit 1.

Introducing the Self-Optimizing RSI Strategy.
The indicator tests up to 800 RSI strategies simultaneously, looping through arrays, and auto plots the best performing parameter set.

The table oriented bottom right shows the performance and risk metrics of the best performing RSI system tested across the bar set. Additionally, the conditions for entry and exit are displayed; for the image - a long entry system predicated on RSI crossunders and exit system predicated on a 1% TP and 2% SL are shown.

The Self-Optimizing RSI indicator plots off the chart; however, percentage gains/losses are measured against price, not RSI.
Boxes correlate to the interval a trade was entered/exited on.
The indicator hosts various methods to filter the outcome for testing.
For instance, you can:
Use trailing stops or fixed stop losses
Test RSI crossunders and crossovers
Configure the RSI settings that are tested (i.e. RSI 2 - 9, RSI 14 - 20, RSI 50 - 57)
Test short-based RSI Systems and long-based RSI systems
Simulate limit orders (Exit intrabar at fixed stop losses or trailing stop losses; exit intrabar at profit targets)
Require all tested RSIs to trend above or below their respective average (i.e. all RSIs must trend above/below their 50-interval EMA values. SMAs can also be used)

You can retrieve any data hosted by TradingView and require it measure above/below a user-defined level prior to entry. For instance, you can select "$VIX", and require the ticker to measure less than $30 prior to long/short entry. If "$VIX" measures greater than $30 prior to a long/short signal the position will not open. Alternatively, you can require a symbol to measure above a user-defined price prior to entry. If the retrieved ticker doesn't measure above the user-defined level prior to entry a trade will not open.
Use trailing stops or fixed stop losses

You can select which RSI strategies are tested - you aren't not limited to testing RSI 2 - RSI 9 (:

The image above shows an RSI EMA in addition to prerequisite condition. For each RSI strategy tested, the RSI used for the strategy must measure above an EMA of its values prior to entry. You can require RSI to measure below an EMA of its values prior to entry, use an SMA, and change the length of the MA used.

Additionally, you can supplement an extrinsic indicator (anything custom coded with plot values) to the entry logic for the Self-Optimizing RSI indicator.
The image above shows me retrieving the value for Volume Profile Point of Control - a TradingView coded indicator.
Consequently, I can require price to measure above/below the session's Poc prior to RSI long/short entry.
You can use this feature with any custom coded indicator providing historical plot values - something you or a favored author have coded.

Adjust the time window that's tested.
The image above shows configurable start and end dates for the optimization period.
You won't be able to test 800 RSI strategies concomitantly on a 20,000 bar data set.
Consequently, for large data sets (intrasession data) you will have to narrow the optimization window to test a larger number of combinations.
You can test 80 (loads on all data sets), 144 (loads on all data sets), 264 (loads on ~15,000 bar data sets), 312 (loads on ~11,500 bar data sets) and 800 (loads on ~4950 bar data sets)combinations simultaneously. You can test 800 RSI strategies simultaneously on intrasession data; however, you'll likely have to narrow the tested time window.
I recently published a bar count script titled "Bar Count for Backtesting", you can access the script here:
The above script is useful for quickly calculating the number of bars in a time window, or the date for a bar that is "x" number of bars back. Therefore, implementing these scripts cooperatively should improve date selection efficiency (not arbitrarily selecting test start & end dates that fail to load).
I included a tool tip describing the near-maximum bars in a data set that the higher numbers of simultaneous RSI strategies can be tested on.

An optimization script is best implemented to discover what won't work, not what will work. The best performing "optimized" parameters are not a guaranteed profitable investment system. While we may see an exceptionally positive performance for a set of parameters, it's impossible to know how much of that performance is the beneficiary of market noise in the absence of additional testing. Most market moves are noise - irreplicable sequences that offer no predictive utility - and most "good" backtests overwhelmingly benefit from these irreplicable sequences. An investor unfamiliar with this concept may be lead to believe they have found a valid correlation between an indicator sequence and subsequent price movement, despite the correlation being illusory.
Consequently, it should be assumed that the best performing parameters strongly benefitted from market noise and will not work in a live market - until further rigorous statistical tests are performed on an investment system built around the best performing parameters. This includes out-of-sample, in-sample, and forward testing in addition to testing negatively correlated, positively correlated and zero-correlation assets; testing additional assets should be treated as prerequisite to live implementation.
Of course, all trading strategies, even one's that methodically exploit a valid correlation/replicable sequence, will benefit from market noise - it's impossible to avoid. However, a "legit" trading strategy has a chance to work on future price data, while an overoptimized strategy will fail miserably on new price data!
An overoptimized strategy is virtually guaranteed to have a better backtest performance than a valid strategy. The overoptimized strategy will fail in a live market while the valid strategy has a chance of working. So, should you notice the best performing RSI parameters, be sure to build a comprehensive trading system around the parameters and perform additional tests. This is the only way to know if the optimized parameters will truly work in a live market!

📌 HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The first setting you will want to set it the pyramiding setting. This setting controls the number of simultaneous trades in the same direction allowed in the strategy. For example, if you set it to 1, only one trade can be active in any time, and the second trade will not be entered unless the first one is exited. If it is set to 2, the script will handle both of them at the same time. Note that you should enter the same value to this pyramiding setting, and the pyramiding setting in the "Properties" tab of the script for this to work.
You can enable and set a backtesting window that will limit the entries to between the start date & end date.
Entry Conditions
From the "Long Conditions" or the "Short Conditions" groups, you can set your position entry conditions. For settings like "initial capital" or "order size", you can open the "Properties" tab, where these are handled.
The SFX Algo can use the following conditions for entry conditions :
1. Buy Signal (Any, or 1-5 ☆)
This condition is triggered when a Buy Signal occurs. Other timeframes are supported with this condition.
2. Buy | TP (1, 2 or 3)
This condition is triggered when a TP signal of any Buy signal occurs.

🕒 TIMEFRAME CONDITIONS
The SFX Automation supports Multi-Timeframe (MTF) features for Buy & Sell signals. When setting an entry condition, you can also choose the timeframe.

Users can use external indicators on the chart to set entry conditions.
The second dropdown in the external condition settings allows you to choose a conditional operator to compare external outputs. Available options include:

The position entry conditions work like this ;
Each side has 3 SFX Algo conditions and 2 Source conditions. Each condition can be enabled or disabled using the checkbox on the left side of them.
You can select which timeframe this condition should work on for Buy & Sell signals. If you select "Chart", the condition will work for the chart's current timeframe.
Lastly select the step of this condition from 1 to 6.
The Source Condition
The last condition on each side is a source condition that is different from the others. Using this condition, you can create your own logic using other indicators' outputs on your chart. For example, suppose that you have an EMA indicator in your chart. You can have the source condition to something like "EMA > high".
The Step System
Each condition has a step number, and conditions are in topological order based on them.
The conditions are executed step by step. This means the condition with step 2 cannot be executed before the condition with step 1 is executed.
Conditions with the same step numbers have "OR" logic. This means that if you have 2 conditions with step 3, the condition with step 4 can trigger after only one of the step 3 conditions is executed.

📈 TAKE PROFIT CONDITIONS
There are several methods available for setting take profit exits and conditions.
1. Entry Condition TP
Users can use entry conditions as triggers for take profit exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions.
2. Fixed TP
Users can set a fixed TP for exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method triggers a TP exit when price reaches a specified level. For example, if you set the Price TP to 10 and buy NASDAQ:TSLA at $190, the trade will automatically exit when the price reaches $200 ($190 + $10).
Ticks: This method triggers a TP exit when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method triggers a TP exit when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method triggers a TP exit based on a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).
🧩EXIT PERCENTAGES
For each 3 dynamic take-profit conditions, you can set the amount of the position to exit in terms of percentage. It's important to make sure that the total of the exit percentages are 100%.
📉 STOP LOSS CONDITIONS
There are several methods available for setting stop-loss exits and conditions.
1. Entry Condition SL
Users can use entry conditions as triggers for stop-loss exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions.
2. Fixed SL
Users can set a fixed SL for exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method triggers a SL exit when price reaches a specified level. For example, if you set the Price SL to 10 and buy NASDAQ:TSLA at $200, the trade will automatically exit when the price reaches $190 ($200 - $10).
Ticks: This method triggers a SL exit when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method triggers a SL exit when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method triggers a SL exit based on a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).
3. Trailing Stop
An explanation & example for the trailing stop feature is present on the write-up within the next section.
Exit conditions have the same logic of constructing conditions like the entry ones. You can construct a Take-Profit Condition & a Stop-Loss Condition. Note that the Take-Profit condition will only work if the position is in profit, regardless of if it's triggered or not. The same applies for the Stop-Loss condition, meaning that it will only work if the position is in loss.
You can also set a Fixed TP & Fixed SL based on the price movement after the position is entered. You have options like "Price", "Ticks", "%", or "Average True Range". For example, you can set a Fixed TP like "5%", and the position will be entered once it moves 5% up in a long position.
Trailing Stop
For the Fixed SL, you also have a "Trailing" stop option, which you can set it's activation level as well. The Trailing stop activation level and it's value are expressed in ticks. Check this scenerio for an example :
We have a ticker with a tick value of $1. Our Trailing Stop is set to 10 ticks, and the activation level is set to 30 ticks.
We buy 1 contract when the price is $100.
When the price becomes $110, we are in $10 (10 ticks) profit and the trailing stop is now activated.
The current price our stop's on is $110 - $30 (30 ticks), which is the level of $80.
The trailing stop will only move if the price moves up the highest high the price has been after we entered the position.
Let's suppose that price moves up $40 right after our trailing stop is activated. The price will now be $150, and our trailing stop will sit on $150 - $30 (30 ticks) = $120.
If the price is down the $120 level, our stop loss will be triggered.
There is also a "Hard SL" option designed for a backup stop-loss when trailing stops are enabled. You can enable & set this option and if the price goes down before our trailing stop even activates, the position will be exited.
You can also move stop-loss to the break-even (entry price of the position) after a certain profit is achieved using the last setting of the exit conditions. Note that for this to work, you will need to have a Fixed SL setup.

1. Move Stop Loss to Breakeven
This setting allows the strategy to automatically move the SL to Breakeven (BE) when the position is in profit by a certain amount. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method moves the SL to BE when price reaches a specified level.
Ticks: This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).

To give an example , check this scenario; out conditions are :

First, the strategy needs to detect a Buy Signal with any star rating in order to start working.
After it's detected, now it's looking for either a Bullish R. Wave Retest, or a Bullish V. Bands Retest to proceed to the next step, the reason for this is that they both have the same step number.
After one of them is detected, the strategy will consistently check candlesticks for the condition open > close. If a bullish candlestick occurs, a long position will be entered.

⚙️ SETTINGS
1. Backtesting Settings
Pyramiding: Controls the number of simultaneous trades allowed in the strategy. This setting must have the same value that is entered on the script's properties tab on the settings pane.
Enable Custom Backtesting Period: Restricts backtesting to a specific date range.
Start & End Time Configuration: Define precise start and end dates for historical analysis.
2. Algorithm Settings
Sensitivity: The sensitivity setting is a key parameter that influences the number of signals the SFX Algo generates. By adjusting this parameter, you can control the frequency of signals produced by the algorithm.
Signal Strength: The Signal Strength setting filters signals based on their quality, allowing traders to focus on the most reliable opportunities. This feature helps traders balance the quantity and reliability of the algorithm’s signals to suit their trading strategy.
Time Weighting: The Time Weighting setting determines how the SFX Algo evaluates historical market data to generate signals.
a) Recent Trends
Focuses on the most recent movements for short-term analysis. This setting is good for scalpers and intraday traders who need to react quickly to market changes.
b) Mixed Trends
Balances recent and historical price movements for a comprehensive market view. This setting is well-suited for swing traders and those who want to capture medium-term opportunities by combining the benefits of short-term responsiveness with the reliability of long-term trends.
c) Long-term Trends
Relies on extended historical market data to identify broader market trends, making it an excellent choice for traders focused on long-term strategies.
Minimum Star Rating: The Minimum Star Rating setting allows you to filter signals based on their strength, showing only those that meet or exceed your chosen threshold. For instance, setting the minimum star rating to 3 ensures you only receive signals with a rating of 3 stars or higher.
3. Take Profit / Stop Loss Methods
Key Levels
The Key Levels method uses pivot points to set take profit and stop-loss levels. The TP and SL levels are shown when a new signal is generated.
Volatility Bands
This TP/SL method uses the Volatility Bands overlay to set dynamic TP and SL levels. These levels are not predetermined so they will not be shown in advance when a signal is generated.
Signal Rating
Sets take profit and stop-loss levels based on changes in a signal's rating strength. These levels are not predetermined so they will not be shown in advance when a signal is generated.
Auto Stop-Loss
The auto method can only be applied to the SL. The auto method allows the algorithm to detect SL automatically when a momentum shift is detected. You can adjust the risk tolerance of the Auto SL by adjusting the ‘Auto Risk Tolerance’ setting. You can choose between Low, Medium, and High. A high-risk tolerance will result in stop losses being triggered less often.
4. Entry Conditions for Long & Short Trades
Multiple Conditions (1-6): Configure up to six independent conditions per trade direction.
Timeframe Specification: Choose between timeframes for Buy & Sell signals.
Trade Execution Filters: Restrict trades within specific trading sessions.
5. Exit Conditions for Long & Short Trades
Exit on Opposite Signal: Automatically exit trades upon opposite trade conditions.
Exit on Session End: Closes all positions at the end of the trading session.
Multiple Take-Profit (TP) and Stop-Loss (SL) Configurations:
TP/SL based on % move, ATR, Ticks, or Fixed Price.
Hard SL option for additional risk control.
Move SL to BE (Break Even) after a certain profit threshold.
SL Hunting Detector📌 Step 1: Identify Liquidity Zones
The script plots high-liquidity zones (red) and low-liquidity zones (green).
These are areas where big players target stop-losses before reversing the price.
Example:
If price is near a red liquidity zone, expect a potential stop-loss hunt & reversal downward.
If price is near a green liquidity zone, expect a potential stop-loss hunt & reversal upward.
📌 Step 2: Watch for Stop-Loss Hunts (Fakeouts)
The indicator marks stop-loss hunts with red (bearish) or green (bullish) arrows.
When do stop-loss hunts occur?

🔸Add a Source Indicator for Entry Triggers
Tradingview allows us to use indicator plots as a source in other indicators, we will use this functionality so that the buy or sell signals of an indicator are processed by the DCA Bot Tester.
In this EXAMPLE we will use a simple strategy that uses a Donchian Channel (DC) and an Exponential Moving Average (EMA).
Trigger to buy or long signal will be when: the price closes above the previous upper level and the average of the upper and lower level (basis) is greater than the EMA.
Trigger sell or short signal will be when: the price closes below the previous lower level and the average of the upper and lower level (basis) is less than the EMA.

To use the example code
Open the Pine Editor, paste the code and then click Add to chart.
Then in the Plot Entry Trigger Source option, we will select 🟢 Trigger Buy, as the plot that will give us the buy signals when it is worth 1, otherwise for the sell signals you must change the value to -1 in the Plot Entry Trigger Value and remember to change the strategy mode to Short.
🔸DCA Settings: Here you need to configure the DCA values of the strategy, you can see the meaning of each value in the Settings Section. Once you are satisfied with the tests configure the 3Commas DCA Bot with the same values so that the Summary Table matches the 3Commas Table. Pay close attention to the Total Volume that the Bot will use, according to the amount of Safety Orders you are going to execute, and that all the values in the table adapt to your risk tolerance.
🔸DCA Bot Deal Start: Once you create the Bot in 3Commas with the same settings it will give you a Deal Start Message, you must copy and paste it in this section, verify that it is the same in the summary table, this is used to be sent through tradingview alerts to the Bot and it can process the signals.
🔸DCA Bot Multi-Pair: A Multi-Pair Bot allows you to manage several pairs with a single bot, but you must specify which pair it will run on. You must activate it if you want to use the signals in a DCA Bot Multi-pair. In the text box you must enter (using the 3Commas format) the symbol for each pair before you create the alert so that the bot understands which pair to work on.
In the following image we would be configuring the indicator to send a signal to activate the bot in the BTCUSDT pair using the given format it would be USDT_BTC, but if we wanted to send a signal in another pair we must change the pair in the chart and also in the configuration, an example with ETHUSDT would be USDT_ETH. After this we could create the alert, and the Mult-Pair Bot would detect it correctly.
🔸Strategy Tester Filters: This is useful if you want to test the strategy's result on a certain time window, the indicator will only enter this range. If disabled it will use all historical data available on the chart. If you are going to use the tool to send signals, make sure to disable the Use Custom Test Period. If you want the entries to only run at a certain time and day, in that case make sure that the timezone matches the one you are using in the chart.
🔸Properties: Adjust your initial capital and exchange commission appropriately to achieve realistic results.
🔸Create alerts to trigger the DCA Bot
Check that the message is the same as the one indicated by the DCA Bot.
In the case of Multi-Pair, enable the option to add the symbol with the correct format.
When creating an alert, select Any alert() function call.
Enter the any name of the alert.
Open the Notifications tab and enable Webhook URL
Paste Webhook URL provided by 3Commas looking in the section How to use TradingView custom signals.
Done, alerts will be sent with the correct format automatically to 3Commas.

🔸3Commas DCA Bot Settings
Strategy: Select the direction of the strategy to test Long or Short, this must be the same as the Bot created in 3Commas, so that the signals are processed properly.
DCA Bot Deal Start: Copy and paste the message for the deal start signal of the DCA Bot you created in 3Commas. This is the message that will be sent with the alert to the Bot, you must verify that it is the same as the 3Commas bot so that it can process properly so that it executes and starts the trade.
DCA Bot Multi-Pair: A Multi-Pair Bot allows you to manage several pairs with a single bot, but you must specify which pair it will run on.
DCA Bot Summary Table: Here you can activate the display of table as well as change the size, position, text color and background color.
🔸Source Indicator Settings
Plot Entry Trigger Source: Select a Plot for Entries of the Source Indicator. This refers to the Long or Short entry signal that the indicator will use as BO (Base Order).
Plot Entry Trigger Value: Value of the Source Indicator to Deal Start Condition Trigger. The default value is 1, this means that when a signal is given for example Long in the source indicator, we will use 1 or for Short -1 if there is no signal it will be 0 so it will not execute any entry, please review the example code and adjust the indicator you are going to use in the same way.
🔸DCA Settings
Base Order: The Base Order is the first order the bot will create when starting a new deal.
Safety Order: Enter the amount of funds your safety orders will use to average the cost of the asset being traded.Safety orders are also known as Dollar Cost Averaging and help when prices move in the opposite direction to your bot's take profit target.
Safety Orders Deviation %: Enter the percentage difference in price to create the first Safety Order. All Safety Orders are calculated from the price the initial Base Order was filled on the exchange account.
Safety Orders Max Count: This is the total number of Safety Orders the bot is allowed to use per deal that is opened. All Safety Orders created by the bot are placed as Limit Orders on the exchange's order book.
Safety Orders Volume Scale: The Safety Order Volume Scale is used to multiply the amount of funds used by the last Safety Order that was created. Using a larger amount of funds for Safety Orders allows your bot to be more aggressive at Dollar Cost Averaging the price of the asset being traded.
Safety Orders Step Scale: The Safety Order Step Scale is used to multiply the Price Deviation percentage used by the last Safety Order placed on the exchange account. Using a larger value here will reduce the amount of Safety Orders your bot will require to cover a larger move in price in the opposite direction to the active deal's take profit target.
Take Profit %: The Take Profit section offers tools for flexible management of target parameters: automatic profit upon reaching one or more target levels in percentage.
Stop Loss % | Use SL: To enable Stop Loss, please check the "Use SL" box. This is the percentage that price needs to move in the opposite direction to close the deal at a loss. This must be greater than the sum of the deviations from the safety orders.
🔸Strategy Tester Filters
Use Custom Test Period: When enabled signals only works in the selected time window.. If disabled it will use all historical data available on the chart.
Test Start and End: Once the Custom Test Period is enabled, here you select the start and end date that you want to analyze.
Session Filter | Days | Background: Here you can choose a time zone in which signals will be sent or your strategy will be tested, as well as the days and a background of it. It is important that you use the same timezone as your chart so that it matches.

ATR GOD Strategy by TradeSmart (PineConnector-compatible)This is a highly-customizable trading strategy made by TradeSmart, focusing mainly on ATR-based indicators and filters. The strategy is mainly intended for trading forex , and has been optimized using the Deep Backtest feature on the 2018.01.01 - 2023.06.01 interval on the EUR/USD (FXCM) 15M chart, with a Slippage value of 3, and a Commission set to 0.00004 USD per contract. The strategy is also made compatible with PineConnector , to provide an easy option to automate the strategy using a connection to MetaTrader. The strategy was implemented using the following logic:
Entry strategy:
A total of 4 Supertrend values can be used to determine the entry logic. There is option to set up all 4 Supertrend parameters individually, as well as their potential to be used as an entry signal/or a trend filter. Long/Short entry signals will be determined based on the selected potential Supertrend entry signals, and filtered based on them being in an uptrend/downtrend (also available for setup). Please use the provided tooltips for each setup to see every detail.
Exit strategy:
4 different types of Stop Losses are available: ATR-based/Candle Low/High Based/Percentage Based/Pip Based. Additionally, Force exiting can also be applied, where there is option to set up 4 custom sessions, and exits will happen after the session has closed.
Parameters of every indicator used in the strategy can be tuned in the strategy settings as follows:
Plot settings:
Plot Signals: true by default, Show all Long and Short signals on the signal candle
Plot SL/TP lines: false by default, Checking this option will result in the TP and SL lines to be plotted on the chart.
Supertrend 1-4:
All the parameters of the Supertrends can be set up here, as well as their individual role in the entry logic.
Exit Strategy:
ATR Based Stop Loss: true by default
ATR Length (of the SL): 100 by default
ATR Smoothing (of the SL): RMA/SMMA by default
Candle Low/High Based Stop Loss: false by default, recent lowest or highest point (depending on long/short position) will be used to calculate stop loss value. Set 'Base Risk Multiplier' to 1 if you would like to use the calculated value as is. Setting it to a different value will count as an additional multiplier.
Candle Lookback (of the SL): 50 by default
Percentage Based Stop Loss: false by default, Set the stop loss to current price - % of current price (long) or price + % of current price (short).
Percentage (of the SL): 0.3 by default
Pip Based Stop Loss: Set the stop loss to current price - x pips (long) or price + x pips (short). Set 'Base Risk Multiplier' to 1 if you would like to use the calculated value as is. Setting it to a different value will count as an additional multiplier.
Pip (of the SL): 10 by default
Base Risk Multiplier: 4.5 by default, the stop loss will be placed at this risk level (meaning in case of ATR SL that the ATR value will be multiplied by this factor and the SL will be placed that value away from the entry level)
Risk to Reward Ratio: 1.5 by default, the take profit level will be placed such as this Risk/Reward ratio is met
Force Exiting:
4 total Force exit on custom session close options: none applied by default. If enabled, trades will close automatically after the set session is closed (on next candle's open).

Use PineConnector Automation: false by default, In order for the connection to MetaTrader to work, you will need do perform prerequisite steps, you can follow our full guide at our website, or refer to the official PineConnector Documentation. To set up PineConnector Automation on the TradingView side, you will need to do the following:
1. Fill out the License ID field with your PineConnector License ID;
2. Fill out the Risk (trading volume) with the desired volume to be traded in each trade (the meaning of this value depends on the EA settings in Metatrader. Follow the detailed guide for additional information);
3. After filling out the fields, you need to enable the 'Use PineConnector Automation' option (check the box in the strategy settings);
4. Check if the chart has updated and you can see the appropriate order comments on your chart;
5. Create an alert with the strategy selected as Condition, and the Message as {{strategy.order.comment}} (should be there by default);
6. Enable the Webhook URL in the Notifications section, set it as the official PineConnector webhook address and enjoy your connection with MetaTrader.
